Residential Wall Fan Installation 

A. Wall fan replacement on solid wall using an existing power point below 3.0m height - $50.00

B. New installation charge $85.00, condition as below :
1. Standard installation on solid wall
2. Cable from nearest power point not longer then 3 meters (including wire casing)
3. Fan position not higher then 2.5 Meters
4. Create a new PowerPoint from the nearest power source $70.00 (Additional)

- Switch replacement, including a basic on/off switch - $30
- Extend wiring from an existing lighting point, including materials, below 3.0m height - $25 per metre

For Installation work at 3.0m height or above, charges will be quoted separately
