Can window aircon be installed on window?

For window aircon can only be installed on opening under the window, if no opening then we can only suggest getting a casement and portable aircon

Does portable aircon need to drain or fill water?

For portable and casement aircon only need to install on window and will auto-evaporate. Refill water is for air cooler

Portable, casement and window aircon need special powerpoint?

Yes, most of the portable and casement aircon are using 13Amp power point, accept 18000btu or & above must use 15Amp power point and for window aircon need 15Amp.

What does the BTU mean?

BTU is power measurement for the aircon, the higher the BTU the better the cooling will be The bigger the room, the higher BTU is recommended

Does more blade on fan means it will be cooler?

Yes, more blade will have better air delivery which will make it cooler

Does the portable aircon comes with a window kit?

Yes the aircon comes with 1 window kit / sliding panel and hose

What's the difference between LPG and PUB?

LPG is cylinder gas tank while PUB is government gas

For instant heater can use mixer to seperate hot and cold water?

For instant heater cannot use mixer, only for storage or multipoint

Our photo listed is only illustration. We suggest before purchase with us, can go to department store to view the actual item.

Yes, we are located at Singapore and all our item coming with local manufacturer warranty that can register via online from merchant's website

Does this wall fan comes with bracket?

Wall fan will comes with bracket. Even your old one cannot use, later we can help you to change it
